Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT WHILE ON FINAL APPROACH, THE AIRSPEED WAS TOO FAST. WHEN THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN IT BEGAN TO PORPOISE, HE LOST CONTROL AND THE ACFT FLIPPED OVER AND CAME TO REST INVERTED.
