Narrative:ACFT GROUND LOOPED DURING LANDING ROLL. PLT REPORTED THE RIGHT SEAT LEFT BRAKE DID NOT STOP WHEEL FROM TURNING. INSPECTION OF RIGHT SEAT BRAKES REVEALED CORRODED ALUMINUM SHUTTLE VALVE BETWEEN THE CO-PILOT AND PILOT BRAKE LINES WHICH PREVENTED TRANSFER OF BRAKING.
