Narrative:THE ACFTS LEFT WINGTIP CAUGHT IN WEEDS DURING TAKEOFF AND THE ACFT WAS PULLED LEFT. THE PLT HAD TURNED TO AVOID A WET SPOT ON THE AIRSTRIP AND CONTACTED THE HIGH WEEDS THEN SWERVED INTO A RICE LEVEE.
