THE PLT LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT DURING LANDING. A WITNESS STATED THAT WHEN THE ACFT WAS ABOUT ONE-FOURTH OF THE WAY DOWN THE RWY, IT BEGAN PORPOISING AND THEN FLIPPED OVER ON ITS BACK.
