Narrative:THE PILOT FAILED TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO PREVENT WATER FROM ENTERING THE MAGNETOS WHILE WASHING THE AIRCRAFT. AS A RESULT THE WATER CAUSED THE MAGNETOS TO CUT OUT AND IN TURN CAUSED THE ENGINE FAILURE.
