Narrative:THE PILOT CHOSE TO LAND AT AN ALTERNATE AIRPORT TO AWAIT IMPROVING WEATHER. DURING A GUSTY CROSSWIND, LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OCCURRED DURING LANDING FLARE. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY TO THE LEFT AND NOSED OVER INVERTED.
