Narrative:THE PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO STALL AND TOUCHDOWN SHORT OF THE RUNWAY WHILE COMPETING IN A POWER OFF SPOT LANDING COMPETITION. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE ACCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BY SIMPLY ADDING POWER.
