Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT DURING THE TAKEOFF PORTION OF A TOUCH AND GO LANDING HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE ACFT. THE ACFT VEERED LEFT OFF THE RWY, STRUCK A DITCH AND THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.
