Narrative:THE PLT STATED THE HE DECIDED TO LAND BECAUSE THE WIND HAD PICKED UP DURING THE FLT. UPON LANDING THE GONDOLA TIPPED OVER RESULTING IN HIMSELF AND ONE PASSENGER FALLING ON TOP OF THE OTHER PASSENGER, WHO RECEIVED A FRACTURED LEG.
