Narrative:ACCORDING TO THE PLT, DURING THE FLARE TO TOUCHDOWN, THE ACFT STALLED AND THE LEFT WING CONTACTED THE GROUND ALONG WITH FOUR RUNWAY LIGHTS. THE PLT SAID THE ACCIDENT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BY MAINTAINING A HIGHER AIRSPEED ON APCH.
