Narrative:UPON ROLLOUT, A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OCCURRED DURING A WIND GUST. THE PILOT ELECTED TO GO-AROUND. SHORTLY AFTER LIFT OFF, THE MAIN GEAR OF THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK VASI LIGHTS. THE AIRCRAFT THEN STRUCK THE GROUND.
