Narrative:DURING LANDING ROLL THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO KEEP THE TAILWHEEL ON THE GROUND AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. POST CRASH EXAMINATION OF THE WRECKAGE DISCLOSED THAT THE BRAKE PADS WERE WORN DOWN TO THE RIVETS.
