Narrative:THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES STRUCK THE TAIL BOOM AFTER LIFTOFF AND VIBRATION WAS VIOLENT. WHEN THE PLT HEARD METAL CONTACT HE PULLED OFF THE THROTTLE AND MADE AN AUTOROTATION LANDING FROM ABOUT 4 FT AGL.
