THE PLT STATED THAT WHILE ON HIS TAKEOFF ROLL, THE LEFT MAIN WHEEL STARTED TO SHIMMY, THE ACFT PULLED LEFT THEN VEERED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY, COLLAPSING THE TAIL WHEEL & COMING TO REST IN THE GRASS.
