Narrative:UPON THE APPROACH TO HOVER FOR LANDING ON A SNOW COVERED AIRSTRIP, DRY SNOW BLEW UP AND OBSCURED THE PILOT'S VISUAL REFERENCES. ONE SKID TOUCHED DOWN AS THE HELICOPTER WAS MOVING LATERALLY CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO ROLL OVER ON ITS SIDE.
