Narrative:AIRCRAFT STALLED AND CRASHED INTO TREES AT TAKEOFF END OF PRIVATE AIRSTRIP. SEVERAL WITNESSES REPORTED SEEING BIG PIECES OF CRUSTED SNOW AND ICE FLYING OFF THE AIRCRAFT DURING THE TAKEOFF RUN AND CLIMB. TAKEOFF WAS MADE UP HILL CONTRARY TO PUBLISHED PROCEDURES.
