Narrative:THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS THE STUDENT PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO TAKEOFF FOR HOVER TRAINING. AS THE PILOT WAS APPLYING COLLECTIVE TORQUE, THE STUDENT SAID, HE LOST CONTROL AND CRASHED. THERE WERE NO SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONS OR FAILURES REPORTED.
