Narrative:WHILE DEPARTING INTO BRIGHT MORNING SUN FROM A ROAD TO SPRAY CROPS, THE PILOT PULLED UP TO AVOID POWER LINES. A DEPARTURE STALL WAS THEN ENTERED INTO. THE PILOT DUMPED HIS CHEMICAL PRIOR TO STRIKING THE GROUND HARD.
