Narrative:THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN DURING A LOW ALT MANEUVER. THE PLT SAID THAT HE ALLOWED THE AIRSPEED TO DISSIPATE DURING A TURN AND BEFORE HE COULD RECOVER THE ACFT HIT THE GROUND.
