Narrative:WHILE TAXIING THE FLOAT PLANE IN A GUSTY X-WIND, THE WIND & WATER CURRENT DRIFTED THE ACFT TOWARD A PARKED BOAT. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE LEFT WING TIP STRUCK THE BOAT & WAS DAMAGED. BUT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE BOAT.
