Narrative:ON THE STUDENT'S THIRD APPROACH, HE WAS OBSERVED TO FLARE THE ACFT TOO HIGH. THE ACFT DRIFTED OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE RWY AND NOSED DOWN UNTIL IT COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND.
