Narrative:A FORCED LANDING WAS MADE FOLLOWING A LOSS OF PWR. THE ACFT CONTACTED TWO FENCES, A DITCH THEN NOSED OVER DURING THE FORCED LANDING. POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION REVEALED NO FUEL IN THE CARBURETOR FLOAT CHAMBER OR IN THE ACCELERATOR PUMP CHAMBERS.
