Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT HIS TAKEOFF ROLL WAS NORMAL, BUT JUST BEFORE HE ROTATED, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. NO DETERMINATION COULD BE MADE AS TO THE NATURE OF THE MALFUNCTION DURING A POST CRASH EXAM & RETRACTION TEST OF THE LANDING GEAR.
