Narrative:THE ACFT NOSED OVER SHORT OF THE RWY WHILE THE PLT WAS MAKING AN EMERGENCY LANDING AFTER A REPORTED POWER LOSS. DURING THE LANDING, THE ACFT NOSED OVER & WAS DAMAGED. NO REASON FOR THE POWER LOSS WAS FOUND.
