PLT STATED, WHILE TAXIING THE WIND LIFTED THE ACFT TWICE. ON THE SECOND GROUND CONTACT THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. PLT REPORTED WINDS WERE FROM 090 DEGREES AT 10 TO 18 KNOTS.
