Narrative:THE BALLOON ENVELOPE STRUCK A PALM TREE AND A BUILDING WHILE LANDING. THE BASKET TURNED OVER WHEN IT CONTACTED THE GROUND. A PASSENGER WAS INJURED WHEN ANOTHER PASSENGER FELL ON HER AS THE BASKET TURNED OVER.
