Narrative:ON INITIAL TAKEOFF ROLL, PLT ALLOWED ACFT TO DRIFT LEFT WHILE ATTENTION WAS FOCUSED ON THE AIRSPEED INDICATOR. WHEN DRIFT WAS NOTED, PLT CUT POWER AND APPLIED BRAKES BUT ACFT COLLIDED WITH VASI LIGHTS.
