Narrative:THE ACFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE WHEN THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED DURING LANDING. TESTS CONDUCTED BY THE ACFT OPERATOR AND ACFT MANUFACTURER FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY REASON FOR THE GEAR COLLAPSE. BOTH PLTS STATED THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED UPON TOUCHDOWN.
