Narrative:ACFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED DURING AN AUTOROTATIVE LANDING AFTER THE PLT HEARD A 'LOUD POP' FROM THE REAR OF THE HELICOPTER. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE SPINES ON THE LOWER PULLEY SHAFT COUPLING WERE SEVERLY STRIPPED.
