Narrative:AT THE BEGINNING OF A SWATH RUN A TOTAL LOSS OF POWER OCCURRED. DURING THE HARD FORCED LANDING, THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES SEVERED THE TAIL BOOM. THE HELICOPTER FUEL TANKS WERE FOUND EMPTY AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
