Narrative:DURING TAKEOFF ON AN INSTRUCTIONAL FLT WITH A CFI ABOARD, THE ACFT STRUCK A GRAIN WAGON. THE CFI STATED THAT ON TAKEOFF, THE STUDENT LIFTED OFF PREMATURELY AND THE ACFT STRUCK THE PARKED VEHICLE. THE CFI TOOK NO CORRECTIVE ACTION.
