Narrative:DURING CLIMB OUT WHEN THE PLT NORMALLY RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR HE WAS COPYING AN IFR CLEARANCE. THE GEAR WERE NOT RETRACTED AND UPON TOUCHDOWN IN THE POND THE FLOAT ACFT NOSED OVER IN THE 8 FT DEEP WATER.
