Narrative:ACCORDING TO THE PLT THE SOUTHERLY WIND WAS GUSTING TO AN UNKNOWN INTENSITY AND WIND SHEAR WAS ENCOUNTERED DURING LANDING. GROUND CONTACT OCCURRED IN A NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE ON THE NOSE LANDING GEAR.
