Narrative:DURING TAKEOFF THE PLT LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT. IT VEERED OFF THE RWY & COLLIDED WITH A DIRT BANK. THE PLT INDICATED THAT HIS WIFE MAY HAVE UNKNOWINGLY BEEN APPLYING PRESSURE TO THE HEEL BRAKES DURING THE ATTEMPTED TAKEOFF.
