THE PLT LANDED ON A RWY THAT WAS COVERED WITH 18 TO 30 INCHES OF SNOW. SHORTLY AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE ACFT NOSED OVER. THE PLT RECOMMENDED THAT WHEN IN DOUBT ABOUT LANDING-DON'T LAND.
