THE PLT ATTEMPTED TAKEOFF FROM A WET ALFALFA FIELD. HIGH VEGETATION AND SOFT TERRAIN PREVENTED PROPER ACCELERATION TO LIFT OFF SPEED. THE NOSEWHEEL STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
