Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED THAT ON HIS APCH TO LAND, THE SINK RATE BECAME GREATER THAN ANTICIPATED & THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR HIT THE TOP OF A FENCE. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED & THE ACFT VEERED OFF THE RWY & HIT AN EMBANKMENT.
