Narrative:
THE ACFT LANDED 'GEAR UP' DURING PRACTICE TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS. THE PLT STATED THAT HE 'FORGOT' TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR PRIOR TO LANDING. THE TOWER HAD GIVEN HIM INSTRUCTIONS TO 'MAKE A SHORT APPROACH.' NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WERE REPORTED.
