Narrative:THE AMPHIBIOUS ACFT STARTED TO 'PORPOISE' IN THE AIR AFTER TAKEOFF AND STALLED APRX 25 FT ABOVE WATER LEVEL. THE ACFT DRAGGED A WING, CRASHED AND SANK. THE PLT SAID THAT WATER IN THE HULL HAD CAUSED THE UNSTABLE CONDITION.
