Narrative:THE PLT SAID HE HAD 'CROSS CHANNELED' HIS RADIOS & WAS HAVING COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS. HE DECIDED TO LAND AT THE OPA-LOCKA WEST ARPT. THE ACFT WAS LANDED DOWNWIND & AFTER OVERRUNNING THE END OF THE RWY, IT COLLIDED WITH TERRAIN & WAS DAMAGED.
