Narrative:ACCORDING TO THE PLT, THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN DURING A LANDING, THEN BECAME AIRBORNE AGAIN IN UNFAVORABLE WIND CONDITIONS. HE REPORTED THAT THE PLANE THEN SLAMMED BACK ONTO THE RWY & WAS DAMAGED.
