Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB OF A MAX PERFORMANCE TAKEOFF THE BEST ANGLE RATE OF CLIMB COULD NOT BE MAINTAINED. THE ACFT CONTACTED TREES AND SUBSEQUENTLY CRASHED IN AN ABANDONED PARKING LOT.
