Narrative:THE ACFT WAS ESTABLISHED IN NORMAL CRUISE WHEN THE ENGINE QUIT. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED RESTARTS WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE ACFT MADE A FORCED LANDING AND COLLIDED WITH TREES. POST ACCIDENT EXAMINATION REVEALED WATER IN THE FUEL TANKS & LINES.
