Narrative:THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN HARD DURING THE LANDING. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE ACFT SLID TO A STOP. THE PLT SAID HE WAS NOT ABLE TO ARREST THE SINK RATE OF THE ACFT WITH POWER DURING THE LANDING FLARE.
