Narrative:THE PLT SAID THE ACFT WAS A 'LITTLE HEAVIER' THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THE ACFT BOUNCED SETTLED AFTER TAKEOFF AND THE RIGHT WING HIT A FENCE POST. THE COLLISION JAMMED THE RIGHT AILERON DOWN AND THE ACFT BECAME UNCONTROLLABLE AND CRASHED.
