Narrative:THE ULTRALIGHT COLLIDED WITH A HIGH TENSION WIRE AND CRASHED. THE PLT SAID HE MADE A LOW PASS TO LOOK AT AN AUTO AND DIDNOT SEE THE WIRE IN TIME TO AVOID THE COLLISION.
