Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED THAT THE ACFT BALLOONED ON LANDING, & ON THE 2ND TOUCHDOWN, IT VEERED LEFT TOWARDS A SNOWBANK. HE MANEUVERED TO AVOID THE SNOWBANK, BUT THE NOSE WHEEL COLLAPSED IN SOFT MUD.
