Narrative:DURING LANDING ROLL ON THE RUNWAY WITH CROSSWIND CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTED VISIBILITY DUE TO ICE ON THE WINDSHIELD THE ACFT SLID LEFT ON THE ICE AND COLLIDED WITH A SNOW BANK, DAMAGING THE PROPELLER AND THE RIGHT WING TIP.
