Narrative:THE HOMEBUILT ACFT CRASHED AFTER EXPERIENCING AN ENG FAILURE IN CRUISE FLIGHT. THE PLT REPORTED THAT HE TURNED THE ACFT TO AVOID COWS IN A PASTURE AND THE WING HIT THE GROUND. THE REASON FOR ENG FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED.
