Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED THAT AFTER ARRIVAL, HE WAS CLEARED TO LAND & MADE A LANDING CHECK, BUT 'APPARENTLY MADE GEAR-UP LANDING.' DURING AN INVESTIGATION, THE GEAR OPERATED NORMALLY. A WITNESS STATED THAT HE SAW THE ACFT WITH THE GEAR RETRACTED.
